Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in our Retail Daddy Billing software. Here are the terms and conditions:
1. 50% amount refund is claimed if you are not satisfied with our software within 60 days of purchase. (Refund will be processed within 7 working days)
2. The software is a one-time purchase, lifetime investment with no AMC (annual maintenance charge) applicable.
3. Services are free of cost upto one year. Additional year services might cost upto a max of Rs 3540/year, but not mandatory.
4. Software sharing charges are upto Rs. 5000/- per system.
5. Any future updates, only if need be, are chargeable upto a max of Rs 9500/-.
6. There are no hidden charges applicable.
7. Our office timing will be from Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

10. This is a legal document from our side. And we are fully responsible for above said.
हमारे रिटेल डैडी बिलिंग सॉफ़्टवेयर में आपकी रुचि के लिए धन्यवाद। ये हैं नियम और शर्तें:
1. यदि आप 60 दिनों के भीतर सॉफ़्टवेयर से संतुष्ट नहीं हैं, तो आपको 50% राशि वापस कर दी जाएगी . ( रिफंड 7 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर संसाधित किया जाएगा )
2. रिटेल डैडी सॉफ्टवेयर में कोई एएमसी (वार्षिक मिलिटेंस चार्ज) नहीं है।
3. यह सॉफ़्टवेयर जीवन भर, एक बार की खरीदारी है। (ऑफ़लाइन सॉफ़्टवेयर)
4. हम एक वर्ष तक निःशुल्क सेवा प्रदान करेंगे। यदि आपको अतिरिक्त वर्ष की सेवा की आवश्यकता है तो प्रति वर्ष सेवा की लागत 3540/- से अधिक नहीं होगी। (यह
अनिवार्य नहीं है)
5. पीसी शेयरिंग पर प्रति पीसी 5 हजार का खर्च आएगा। (कैशियर पीसी)
6. यदि आपको कुछ वर्षों के बाद भविष्य में कोई अपडेट चाहिए, तो केवल Rs.9500/- में आपको उस समय तक सभी अपडेट मिल जाएंगे
7. रेनटेक रिटेल डैडी सॉफ्टवेयर में कोई अन्य शुल्क छिपा नहीं है।
8. हमारे कार्यालय का समय सोमवार से शनिवार सुबह 9.30 बजे से शाम 5 बजे तक है
